What fantastic service from this family run business, I cannot rate enough, told them my budget and what I wanted. Not only did they find the perfect car. Whole process was looked after from tax, warranty, mot even support with insurance and added the extras. Highly recommend, non judgemental they will find you car on any budget easy to approach.

I've used Owens of Bilston for a few years and bought my last 3 cars from them. I can honestly say that I now won't go anywhere else. I picked up my new second hand car today and it was ready to collect on time as usual. Andy and Sarah are first class. Nothing is too much trouble. They go out their way to help you and the customer service they give is wonderful. I would honestly advise people to give them a try if you are after a car. You won't be disappointed. Easily the BEST
Andy and Sarah are delightful people who go the extra+ mile to make sure everything is to the clients' satisfaction. We bought the same car only a newer version. The car we put in part ex was in very nice condition and so they gave us a very fair price for it. We had a 2 - 3 hour wait whilst some part swapping in the vehicles took place, so Sarah very kindly gave us a lift to the local market and picked us up when the car was ready. We then had a 130 mile journey home and the car ran as sweet as a nut! I would thoroughly recommend Owens of Bilston to anyone and everyone. A massive thank you to Andy and Sarah **

Purchased a car in April after spending about a month searching and being messed around by various used car dealers. I had fantastic service, everything from the test drive to buying the car was very straightforward and easy. Car came newly serviced and MOT'd for me and was immaculate both inside and out, was very competitively priced and I am still very happy with it and have had no issues since purchasing. Despite Bilston being around 40 miles from where I live, if I buy a used car in the future I will definitely buy from Owens again.

Just bought a Hyundai i10 for my daughters 17th birthday. Perfect first car, ticks all the boxes. The car is everything as advertised, came with service & mot included. Also 2 news tyres added all within the advertised price. Service from Andy & Sarah was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Look no further if you want a second hand car from a trustworthy Car dealership.

I can't speak highly enough about my car buying experience with Owens Andy was a pleasure to deal with,and because I know people who have also bought cars off them I know the warranty is valid, I had slight reservations about the age of the cam belt so Andy said he'd have it changed which is already booked in to be done, so in conclusion from start to finish my car buying experience with Owens was top notch and would definitely recommend them to others

No pushy sales tactics, allowed to browse at own leisure. The car I went to have a look at needed some further work and I was informed of the work needed to be done before the test drive. I was offered to be called when the work had been completed so I could take for another test drive but the call never came because its likely that someone placed a deposit before the works were completed.
